Eligibility

The Collective is an invite-only community for operators, founders, and professionals working in vertical AI and technology. Membership is granted at the sole discretion of Euclid Ventures and may be revoked at any time.

Membership

As a member, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date professional information
• Engage respectfully with other members in all introductions and communications
• Not share other members' contact information without their consent
• Not use the network for unsolicited sales, spam, or recruitment without context

Introductions

The Collective facilitates curated 1:1 introductions between members based on shared interests, expertise, and professional needs. All introductions require double opt-in — both members must agree before an introduction is made. You may decline any suggested introduction without consequence.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to receive recurring transactional text messages related to curated 1:1 professional intro suggestions, intro confirmations, and community updates. Message frequency varies, approximately 2–6 messages per month. Messages are sent from our dedicated phone number and are never used for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of membership. See our SMS Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy for full details.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any information you provide to the Collective. By submitting your profile information, you grant Euclid Ventures a limited license to use it for the purpose of operating the Collective, including sharing relevant details with other members during introductions.

Privacy

Your use of the Collective is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Limitation of Liability

The Collective is provided "as is." Euclid Ventures is not responsible for the outcome of any introductions, business relationships, or interactions that result from participation in the Collective. We make no guarantees about the quality, suitability, or frequency of introductions.

Termination

You may leave the Collective at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any member who violates these Terms or engages in behavior that is detrimental to the community.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the Collective after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
